Are you ready to transform your body?
WARMUP
We start off classes with awesome exercises like squats, lunges, jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!
Stretching
Next we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the all the moves like a total champ that you are.
Bag Work
Gloves on let's go! It's time to put those gloves on and punch and kick those calories right off of your body. (Don't worry about getting your own gloves - we give you brand new ones for FREE!) Sometimes we use our Free Standing Bags sometimes our Cage Fitness bags. Either way you get a great workout.
Partner Work
This part might be a favorite in class. It always gets tons of laughs and smiles. You'll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast.
Conditioning
We finish off with more exercises that burn calories, tone muscle, and make you feel GREAT. A full-body workout. This is where we really build the muscle.
Cool Down
After your heart has been beating like crazy, we want to bring it back down. Now it's time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.
